Details
Tasting notes. Pale yellow with green highlights, generous foam and numerous fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and harmonious, with yellow fruits, dried-fruit nuances and a floral note, lifted by bright citrus scents. The palate is juicy and flavoursome with youthful flavours, finishing refreshing and lingering – built to keep its character over ice.
Food pairing. Designed to be poured over ice and served cold. Enjoy as an aperitif, or with fresh fruit, light desserts and summer party food.
Taste & details
First pour: ripe plum and dark cherry, a floral note from the Touriga. First sip: round, smooth, a whisper of vanilla, zero harsh edges. Medium body, dry, 13.5%. Serve slightly cool (14-16C).
