Tasting notes

Brilliant straw-yellow with golden reflections and a lively bubble. The nose is intense and inviting, with white flowers and green apple. The palate is well balanced – fresh and gently sweet without being cloying – with round, white-fleshed-fruit flavours and a persistent finish.

Food pairing

Made to be poured over ice and enjoyed very chilled. Lovely with fresh seasonal fruit, light desserts, or as the base for organic sparkling cocktails and spritzes.
