Details
Tasting notes. Straw-yellow with greenish reflections and a delicate, persistent perlage. The nose is harmonious and fragrant, with golden apple, white peach, pear and delicate acacia-flower aromas. The palate is crisp, light and dry, with bright acidity and a clean, refreshing citrus-tinged finish.
Food pairing. The ideal organic aperitivo – also lovely with antipasti, seafood, sushi, light pasta dishes and fresh salads.
Taste & details
First pour: ripe plum and dark cherry, a floral note from the Touriga. First sip: round, smooth, a whisper of vanilla, zero harsh edges. Medium body, dry, 13.5%. Serve slightly cool (14-16C).
